A MAGICAL VIDEO INSTALLATION FROM THE MIND OF HELDER GUIMARÃES

This time, you don’t come to watch magic. You come to perform it.

For approximately 55 minutes, Helder Guimarães will guide you through a specially recorded video, leading you through a series of experiences choices are yours, the cards are in your hands - and the impossible happens in your own hands.

Each participant receives their own deck of cards and other objects to take home at the end of the experience.

A different way to step into the world of Time for Magic - this time, with the magic literally in your hands.

  • No. In Your Hands is created primarily for an adult audience.

    We recommend the experience for ages 12 and over. The experience is intimate and instruction-driven, so younger children may find the format less suitable.

  • Allow approximately 55 minutes for the experience, plus a little extra time for arrival and seating.

  • Yes. These performances are presented entirely in English and are designed for an international audience.

  • Only 10 guests are admitted to each session.

  • The studio is centrally located and within easy reach of many hotels, restaurants and central Porto attractions at:

    in downtown Porto.

  • No formal dress code. Come as you feel comfortable. Smart casual is always a good choice for an evening performance.

  • To preserve the mystery and the experience for everyone, photography and filming are not permitted during the experience. You are very welcome to take photographs in the lobby before or after the experience.

  • Not at all. No prior interest in magic is needed. In fact, skeptics are very welcome.

  • Yes. Gift Cards are available, allowing the recipient to choose their preferred performance date. You may find it below.

  • Yes. Private studio buyouts are available for couples, families, small groups, celebrations, and private travel itineraries. The experience can also be tailored for the occasion. Please contact private@timeformagic.com for more information.
